Gassing systems

The gas generators are a necessary budget of the core shooter.
We can provide gas generators for all the solutions according to the type of process. Cold-box, BETASET, CO2, SO2.
The size of the gas generators are compact to minimize their position near the core shooter.
Electrical panel, pneumatic panel and the heating system are separated from the machine. External metal seals ensure the total absence of amine losses. The amine is pre dosed inside of a heating system by means of magnetic drive pumps and the amine leakages within the heating system is guaranteed by metal gasket. These features ensure durability and safety over time. The gas generators can be interfaced directly to the core shooter or they can be equipped with a remote interface connected to a network to the PLC of the core shooter.

Automatic pouring cars

 

Hemetec, thanks to the collaboration of a company in the field, is able to offer a very versatile and precise machine for lines which require automatic pouring cars to increase productivity in the area dedicated to casting.
The machine can be combined with automatic ladle exchange system and there are different options available

The sizes range from 150 kg to 1500 kg of metal to be cast

Below is a list of the main features

  • Dimensions: The automatic pouring system is normally produced with ladles ranging from 150 to 1500 Kg of metal to be cast.
  • Automation: all functions and machine controls are made through on-board industrial PC. The operator on board the machine performs only the functions of the supervisor during all process stages in automatic.
  • Fixed pouring point : the casting point remains fixed during the whole phase of casting. The fixed point can be easily changed from the control panel, depending on customer needs.
  • Weighing system: the machine is equipped with a load cell system for casting the exact amount of metal. This ensures high precision on weight control.
  • Controls: The controls of the machine are easy to use and ergonomic. The operator is in the cabin and has easy visibility throughout the melting process. The cabin can be equipped with air conditioning.
  • Casting speed: The machine can adjust the scale of the casting speed in kg / sec.
  • Minimum dimensions: the ladle protruding from the casting tank. Neither pins nor piles interfere with the possible positions of the ladle spout on the casting box.
  • Good visibility: The carrier cabin is equipped with ample proof glass and oriented in all directions so as to allow the operator full visibility throughout the process.
  • Structure: the whole machine is designed according to the strictest safety standards.
  • The ladle: the ladle is produced with a form that is suitable for the spheroidization. It can be installed via forklift or gantry cranes.
  • Ladle beak : the beak of the ladle is designed and produced according to requirements of our customers. Our ladles may have an additional beak which is opposite to the first; Extra beak is useful for the slagging process.
  • Ladle lid: the ladle can be prepared with a lid to enable a constant temperature of the metal.
  • ladle exchamge : the machine can be coupled to an automatic ladle exchange system . The machine leaves the empty ladle on a rotary station and takes a new ladle in very short times.
  • Pre-heating of the ladle: a ladle pre-heating system may be arranged on the rotating station.
  • Pyrometer: according to the requirements, the machine can be arranged with a pyrometer or, alternatively, a thermal imaging camera.
  • Inoculation: the machine has an optional micro-dosing system for inoculation that starts and stops automatically during the casting process.
  • Interfacing with the existing line: our automatic pouring cars can be easily interfaced with the molding / casting lines for data exchange. The machine can therefore automatically learn from the existing line of the model recipe that you will run
